If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at info@allcustom.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your item. Our team will investigate the issue, and if the claim is validated, we will gladly offer a complimentary replacement or a refund if a replacement is not feasible.


Customization Limitations

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to the printing process. These variations lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an order that is defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. This includes:

Physical damage to the item upon arrival

Errors in quantity or the delivered product

Poor print or material quality

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Returned to Sender

In cases where orders are returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Rejection by the recipient

Unclaimed packages at the local carrier pick-up point

We can assist you in placing a new order. You will only need to cover the shipping cost, and we will process the product price as a refund for the replacement order if you contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
