Our team will investigate the issue, and if the claim is validated, we will gladly offer a complimentary replacement or a refund if a replacement is not feasible.
Customization Limitations
Please note that minor color variations may occur due to the printing process. These variations lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an order that is defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. This includes:
• Physical damage to the item upon arrival

Lost Orders

Returned to Sender
In cases where orders are returned to us due to:

• Unclaimed packages at the local carrier pick-up point
